The Fashion Outlet Sardegna is located in the central-western region of Sardinia, in the municipality of Siamaggiore, positioned along the important “Carlo Felice” highway, connecting the South to the North of the island, with a daily traffic of 35,000 vehicles, equivalent to almost 13 million passages per year.
This project will cover an area of 7 hectares and will develop a gross leasable area of 15,435 square meters, divided into two phases:
Phase 1: 11,025 square meters, equivalent to about 75 shops.
Phase 2: 4,410 square meters, with approximately 30 shops.
It is important to note that the maximum building capacity of the area is 28,817 square meters.
The architectural design of this project is inspired by the forms and materials of authentic local architecture. It reproduces the interiors of workplaces and production centers of ancient settlements, following the development that occurred from the pre-Nuragic period to the second millennium (11th-12th century).
