This spectacular villa with a private boathouse on Lake Como dates back to the late 19th century. The project was executed by one of the most famous architects of Moltrasio residences, Architect Guido Sartirana.
The main villa is arranged on three levels with high coffered ceilings and decorated walls. There are two guest houses, each approximately 150 square meters, within the stunning 6,000 square meter park that leads down to the boathouse.
