Real estate complex located in Pistoia in the locality of S. Alessio, covering a total area of approximately 14 hectares.

Surrounding the manor villa is the park with centuries-old trees, not far away the woodland in the northernmost part, while the remaining land is under various crops.

The late-medieval manor house rises on two above-ground floors in addition to the attic and the basement; it extends over a large, free and comfortable surface area; the ground-floor comprises the dining rooms with annexed kitchen and pantry, the living rooms and the accessory and service rooms, as well as a private chapel with altar, which is internally frescoed; the first floor includes the bedrooms, the service rooms and three communicating rooms facing south, with frescoes on the walls and ceiling; the central room gives access to the small terrace in front; the attic floor is entirely used as an attic, even though the southern part has the height of habitable rooms; the basement includes various rooms used as cellars, as well as three living rooms and storage rooms;
The villa is currently stripped of its furnishings and not inhabited and is in a good state of preservation.The covered area of the villa is approximately 400 square metres with an irregular floor plan and a total area between the various floors of approximately 1500 square metres.
The colonial building, in a separate body, is also two storeys above ground, the majority of which is used for storing rural equipment and the remainder for residential use, with a total area between the various floors of approximately 500 square metres.
